Cancellation Policy

The last available start time for a coloring service is 4pm, unless previously discussed. A Deposit is required while booking with The Grove Salon Co. Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your final payment. Please keep in mind that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, We will need 48 hours notice. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will go towards your next appointment. No-showing your appointment will forfeit your deposit. No-showing or cancellation after 48 hours will require a new deposit to rebook. Thank you to our amazing clients for understanding 🌿🤍
