CANCELLATION POLICY
The last available start time for a coloring service is 4pm, unless previously discussed. A Deposit is required while booking with The Grove Salon Co. Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your final payment. Please keep in mind that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will need 3 days notice. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will go towards your next appointment. No-showing or cancellation of your appointment will forfeit your deposit and will be charged a 25% fee of the service booked. No-showing or cancellation after 3 days will require a new deposit to rebook as well as a 25% charge of the service booked for cancellation/no show. Please also note, we have the right to refuse services to anyone at anytime Please do not bring your children or additional guests to your appointment Thank you to our amazing clients for understanding 🌿🤍
